Questions about paying
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits end with the billing month they belong to; a yearly plan adds each month’s credits at the start of that month. Extra credits never expire, and Font Pass credits last 12 months.
What happens if a font fails?
The credits reserved for it return to your balance automatically, and the result page explains how to retry. You are never charged for a font that was not made.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan and its credits stay until the end of the period you paid for.
What does commercial use cover?
Fonts you make on Pro, Studio or with a Font Pass can be used in client work, products, packaging, advertising, websites, apps and games, and shipped with them, as the FontGenerator Font License describes. The rights stay after your plan or pass ends.
Who handles the payment?
Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record. It runs checkout, adds any sales tax or VAT due where you live, and sends your receipt; your statement shows WAFFO.
Can I get a refund?
Our Refund Policy explains when we refund, for example a duplicate charge or a renewal after you cancelled. Email support@fontgenerator.tools with your order number.
