Narrow Inline Extrusion Letterforms
Atrium Sans 3D pairs narrow upright letters with dark edges and fine pale seams that suggest shallow relief. The O is a tall oval with a generous open counter, while the R has a compact rounded bowl and a straight leg that kicks diagonally outward. The W spreads wider, its long diagonals meeting in sharp valleys. Square ends on the E and L keep the straight letters crisp beside those curves. The strokes feel slender despite their solid extrusion, giving the lettering a restrained architectural mood with enough edge detail to reward a closer look.
Test the font in your wording
Inspect the pale seams in O, the bowl and leg junction of R, and the valleys of W in your actual wording. Check adjacent letters for uneven gaps. These specimens show Latin capitals; preview accented Latin and any other scripts separately with your intended text.
Font pairing roles
Try this face for a short heading with a plain, moderately weighted text face beneath it. Its pale seams and dark extrusion already supply visual detail, so simpler supporting copy could keep descriptions, dates, and labels distinct.

About
About Atrium Sans 3D
With an x-height of 75.2% of the cap height, its lowercase stands above the 71.6% median for sans serif fonts, taller than 32 of the 35 other sans serif fonts. Ascenders on b, d, h, k and l rise 3.9% above the capitals, and descenders on g, j, p, q and y drop 27.1% of the cap height below the baseline, shallower than 25 of the 35 other sans serif fonts. It sets narrow: an average lowercase letter, spacing included, is 64% as wide as the capitals are tall (an average capital, 73.1%), 18.2% less than the median for sans serif fonts, so more words fit on a line. The o is an upright oval, 0.85 times as wide as it is tall, and W is the widest capital, at 1.29 times the width of H. Round letters overshoot: O rises 1.3% of the cap height above H and dips 1.3% below the baseline.
Ink covers 26% of each lowercase letter's box (its advance width by the cap height), darker than 19 of the 35 other sans serif fonts. Each letter carries a solid 3D extrusion joined to its face.
Its 148 characters include 105 Latin letters, plus 43 figures, punctuation marks and symbols; 53 of the Latin letters are accented or special forms beyond A to Z. The word space measures 28% of the cap height, and the blank space either side of a lowercase letter takes up 13.5% of its width. The font carries no kerning, so spacing comes from each letter’s own side bearings. The figures have different widths, so columns of numbers set in Atrium Sans 3D will not line up exactly.
Atrium Sans 3D is Atrium Sans with the 3D effect applied to every letter. Atrium Sans 3D is drawn on the same letter structure as 20 other fonts in the library. Compared with Atrium Sans 3D, Orb Pixel rebuilds the letters on a pixel grid, sets 27% wider and puts down 32% more ink. Goo Sans adds paint drips, sets 34% wider and puts down 46% more ink. Rally Sans rings each letter with an outline, sets 48% wider and puts down 70% more ink.
Measured from the version 0.1.0 font file. Comparisons are with the 377 published library fonts measured on October 25, 2026, 36 of them sans serif fonts.
